What is Hypnotherapy? Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that can access and heal the source of our traumas, beliefs and dysfunctional patterns. When something “triggers” us, it is usually an unhealed trauma or belief. Our conscious mind often has a vested interest in maintaining the “status quo”, as the known problem may be less threatening than the unknown healing.
